Inertia ... The Best Excuse To Do Nothing

When I started blogging, I could not stop. After stopping for 6 weeks while away, I found that I could not start. So it is true - the definition of the word "inertia" - the tendency of a body at rest to remain at rest. My body was at rest and preferred to still remain ... at rest!

We should be careful when we advice folks to "be still ..." Be still for how long? God told us to be still ... just so we know that He is God. Then, we should get moving ...

Another definition of inertia is - a resistance or disinclination to motion, action or change. So when an object moves in a straight line, it will continue to do so unless acted on by an outside force. I wonder how many of us realize we are in fact in "inertia"? Are we in a state of inertia in our relationships? Our jobs? Our lives? Are we just "moving along" reluctant to change course? Or are we in fact "not moving" at all ... while on the move? Something to chew on ... sorry for the indigestion.

Well, this is a start as bad a start as it is. I had to start somewhere.
